Architects in Canberra, working across the ACT and NSW
KnD Architects is a small Canberra practice led by directors Linh Khuat and Pav Dunski. We design homes, multi-unit and seniors living, shopping centres, hospitality venues and fit-outs for developers, builders, asset managers and homeowners. A director works on every project, from first sketch to completion.
Recent work
- Alaya Apartments, Mona Vale NSW. 22 seniors living apartments across multiple sites, completed in 2023. KnD documented and delivered the project.
- Buttle Street, Queanbeyan NSW. A Class 2 residential building completed in late 2025. KnD took the project, designed by another firm, through detailed design, construction documentation and site support under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act.
- EQ Bakehouse Majura, Fairbairn ACT. A café fit-out in a Canberra Airport Group building, one of a series of EQ Bakehouse projects for the same client.
- Canberra Outlet Centre, ACT. The next stage of the mall upgrade, taking the mall and retail treatment a further 30 metres.
- Hungry Jack’s Conder, ACT. A stand-alone drive-through restaurant with about 40 seats and two order lanes, now completed and trading.
- Stockdale Street, Dickson ACT. A two-storey knock-down rebuild family home with 340 m² of living area, now under construction.
